Privacy notice
Workflow Data Partners is the trading name used for this independent company enquiry service. The service operator handles the personal information collected through this website. micro1 operates its own programme and application process.
Information and purpose
We collect your name, work email, company name, website, country, internal employee count, industry, role and information about whether workflows are documented. We also record enquiry references, timestamps, review status and campaign labels in the page URL. We use these to review company fit, respond to your enquiry and understand which campaigns produce relevant enquiries.
We rely on your consent for enquiry review and follow-up. Your permission is recorded when you submit the form. We do not ask for internal documents, sensitive records or datasets.
Storage and sharing
Enquiries are stored in the website’s hosted database on infrastructure provided through ChatGPT Sites and Cloudflare. Hosting providers process information to operate the service. When email alerts are connected, contact and company details are also sent through Resend to the operator’s notification inbox so your enquiry can be reviewed. Resend processes this information to deliver the notification. We do not automatically send form submissions to micro1. If you choose to apply through the programme application link, micro1 collects and handles the application under its own privacy terms.
Cloud infrastructure may process information outside your country. Provider agreements and applicable transfer safeguards govern hosting. Details of providers and transfer arrangements should be confirmed before this website is used for public advertising.
Retention and rights
Enquiries are intended to be reviewed for deletion after 90 days unless an active discussion or legal obligation requires longer retention. Deletion is managed by the operator. You can withdraw permission, request access, correction or deletion using the form below. Requests will need to be reviewed and identity may need to be verified. You may complain to your local data protection authority, including the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.

We do not send your enquiry fields to Google through this tag, and personalised advertising signals are disabled. Rejecting optional cookies does not affect the enquiry form. Your cookie choice is stored locally for up to 180 days. You can reopen Cookie settings on any page to change your choice. Campaign labels are also stored with enquiries independently of optional cookies.
